    We offer in-person counseling at our Bloomington office near the intersection of Highway 169 and Interstate 494.

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

    Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach to psychotherapy. ART is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing. And this is done quickly, most often within one session! Once the negative images have been replaced by positive ones, the triggers will be gone. Nightmares and repeated intrusive thoughts will stop.

Specialities

Many of our therapists are trained in various modalities, including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and many others. In addition, Mollie Jonart is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). We strive to meet clients where they are at in providing treatment for depression, coping with anxiety, adjusting to transitions, and developing long lasting coping skills.

Insurance and Fees

Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Optum, Preferred One, UBH, UMR, United Healthcare, UCare

Private Pay Fees: $150 per 55 minute session; $200 for the Initial Session

Out-of- Network: You may contact your insurance to see if they will reimburse for an out-of-network provider. If so, please request a Superbill to be provided to you. Please note that to bill insurance, that a diagnosis will have to be given to receive reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy – Because an appointment time is saved for you, there will be a $90 charge for appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice.

Our Office Space

We are located in the Olympic Place building near the intersection of interstate 494 and Highway 169. Our address is: 7825 Washington Ave S, Suite 500, Bloomington, MN 55439.  

When arriving at the building, there are visitor parking spaces in the front of the building for you to use as well as an adjacent parking ramp. Upon entering the building, please take the elevator to the 5th Floor and please feel free to wait in the red chairs by the entrance. We are located inside the R3 Continuum offices. You can message your therapist upon arrival or they will come greet you at the door.
